The ancient sanctuary ruins of Argos Apollo Deiradiotes & Athena Oxyderces is mentioned in Pausanias (II.24.2).  That sanctuary of Apollo contained an oracle where the temple prophesies sacrificed a lamb at night, and then taste the blood to become inspired. Only a few courses of wall stones and some foundation blocks is all that remains of the temple.  Pausanias also mentions a temple of Athena near the temple of Zeus at the top of Larisa (II.24.3) but it is not clear what that temple looked like. I have not found anything else to indicate what configuration the temple had due to the poor condition of the site and lack of research or excavations into the sanctuary although some archaeology has been done on the site since 1952 by the French School  under the direction of G. Daux and P. Courbin.
